Family Links Antenatal Programme
Family Links Antenatal Course is delivered either via Microsoft Teams or Face to Face.
The course will look at at empathy, attunement, attachment and how to support your new born baby.
We have the infant feeding team as part of the course, midwife to ask questions about labour/birth. We look at healthy eating, bathing your baby and many more things to support new parents.
