The nursery operates a free flow environment where children can independently access the resources. Throughout the day there are also adult led activities taking place so the children receive a balance of adult led and child led activities. Small group time takes place where children go to their key person groups and participate in planned activities that meet their individual needs and are age appropriate. We also have a snack bar which the children access independently, large group singing and story time. All the resources that are available are age appropriate and will encourage all the children to learn and to progress in their development whilst having fun.

We encourage parents/carers to be involved in their child's learning and development and this is supported by using tapestry an interactive online journal. Parents/carers have access to what their child has been doing at nursery and can extend that learning experience at home. Parents can also add pictures from what their child has been doing at home.

We have a large secure garden area for the children to access throughout the day with a variety of play equipment for them to explore and investigate.
