Grangers Club
The Grangers (Reg. Charity number:1124179) is a club for those with learning disabilities.
The Grangers run during the term times, every Tuesday at 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
They meet at the Hagard Centre in Willenhall, Coventry, to help the members of the club socialize and make new friends.
Volunteers help to collect members of the group who are unable to travel to the centre from there own homes, take them to the centre and help them to interact with others. At the end of the evening the then climb aboard the minibus again and ensure they are safely returned home.
A yearly membership with The Grangers cost just £5.00.
This gives users access to the weekly youth club and updates on what is happening with the club
For every visit there is a small sub of £1.00 to help pay for the activities and overall running of the club.
There is also a tuck shop open, serving hot and cold drinks and a variety of snacks. There are activities such as ping pong, pool, arts and crafts and more for all members to enjoy.
