We operate to work around and to the individual needs of the children. We provide the children with a wide range of activities throughout the morning and afternoon. The children also have the opportunity to access the resources independently.
Parents have the opportunity to access the children's journals online through a secured pin access using a Tapestry programme, parents can add and share their child's wow moments and upload pictures; their shared information is then uploaded onto the children's journals and used to develop their next steps and supports parent partnership.
We have 2 social/parents evenings a year for parents to look around the nursery to see their children's work and to talk with staff and children's parents.
We have a well equipped nursery and provide a wide variety of resources for all ages of children.
We have an equipped outdoor play garden with opportunities to explore with sand, water, chalk and paint boards, climbing frame and other activities and physical equipment and all activities used indoors and can be obtained for outdoor use. We also have access to the adjacent school playground to use balancing beams, climbing ropes etc.
