We are the building located at the rear and left side from Catesby/Rollason Road of the Pilot Hotel with a private fenced garden and car park access from Rollason Road/Catesby Road and through the Car Wash on Burnaby Road. There are parking spaces available in the front carpark only and no longer at the side of the garden nor at the back of the pub and the car wash unfortunately.

There are 5 staff, of which three have Level 3 qualifications and the Manager has a Level 5 Early Years Foundation Degree. There is a level 2 qualified practitioner in the process of achieving her level 3 also.

Parents are encouraged to be with their children during the settling in period for their child, and the setting will work with Parents and carers to support their children's needs whilst at Pre-school.

Resources cover all the learning areas - Role play, Home corner and dressing up, Small World, Construction and Maths, Fine Motor Skills and Science, Book corner, Arts, Craft, Mark making  and painting, Sand and Water play, Music and Movement,  Resources such as indoor slides and seesaws for gross motor development, ICT/V Tech and a snack/lunch area. There is also a Sensory Dark Den for children with SEND. We have also a 3 foot fish tank with tropical fish in.

An artificial grass area with a climbing caterpillar outside and balls, hoops, running etc,   and a paved area for cars, scooters and trikes. There is a wooden playhouse decorated as a Country Cottage. We have an outdoor water tray, plastic tables and chairs, mark making resources, a colourful children's gazebo with a groundsheet for shade with books, etc.

A Book Library Service is available for parents and children to access which promotes early communication and learning at home.
