I worked as a qualified childcare practitioner for 12 years before becoming a childminder and have NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Early Years Care and Education.I have a Paediatric First Aid certificate and a clean driving licence.

I have been childminding for 7 years this year.

At my recent inspection I was graded 'Outstanding'

I offer places to chidren aged 0-4 years.  I have a wide range of play resources , inside and out and plan interesting and stimulating activities specifically catered to each child needs.Every day, whatever the weather we will get out of the house to parks, or nature walks or to a toddler group which I help to run twice a week.

We do arts and crafts , modelling, drawing,painting,sticking and cooking, we dress up,dance,sing and have lots of fun.

I keep detailed daily diaries,keep folders of children's work and regularly assess our planned activities.

I have a large garden to the rear with a covered area,goals,sand and water play,mud kitchen, trikes etc. At the end of my street is a large nature park which I visit daily.

I offer 2,3 and 4 year funding.
