The Home Birth Support Group - Coventry and Warwickshire | Facebook has been set up to offer more dedicated support for those expectant mothers wishing to give birth at home specifically in this area.

The group is for those who have had or are planning to have a home birth and aims to provide a safe space for women to discuss their birthing options, receive peer support and be signposted to appropriate services. It is a great place to share stories, resources, tips, hopes, fears, experiences or concerns.

The group has been created by a professional working for the Perinatal Mental Health Team who has recently had experience of planning and successfully giving birth at home.

Any advice given or taken is the full responsibility of the individual, this group will not be responsible for giving medical advice and individuals should always seek advice with their midwife or other medical professional for any concerns related to themselves or their babies.
