MusicBaby classes are classes designed for parents, relatives or carers who would like to introduce music and musical instruments to their little ones. Free taster sessions available.
At MusicBaby, babies and parents will get the chance to play their own music, play along and most importantly, have fun. It is also a great way to network with other parents.
Each week, you and your baby will get the opportunity to explore, play and discover different musical instruments, sounds and textures.
Each term, there will be a musical theme and we will listen to and play along to different genres and styles of music, including classical, reggae, pop and many more. There will be story telling with live piano playing and opportunities for baby to play along or have a go on the keyboard.
There will also be a discovery break in which babies are invited to play and explore their musical instrument packs or play in the discovery zone on giant piano mats or with other musical activities. Music sheets can also be given for parents who wish to play popular nursery- rhymes and songs to baby.
