Hi, I'm Maria, a registered childminder with Ofsted and a member of PACEY with my DBS checks up to date. I'm living together with my husband and 2 children. I have done all the courses to become a childminder including Paediatric First Aid. I have a level 3 CACHE diploma Supporting Learning and Teaching in Schools and 2 years experience as a Teaching Assistant. I offer spaces for 2, 3 and 4 funding entitlement and accept free childcare vouchers. I offer a wide range of toys, books, cooking, painting, crafting and learning activities to develop your child abilities. I have a big garden with climbing frame, swings, playhouse, outside toys and a patch of land to plant flowers, vegetables and some fruits. We go for walking out and about, nature walks, in the park, visiting other childminders so children have the opportunity to play and socialise with others. My aim is to provide a safe and stimulating environment with many opportunities to learn through play in order for your child to achieve their early learning goals.
All childcare providers are expected under the Equality Act 2010 to make 'reasonable adjustments' to meet the needs of disabled children.
The Early Years Foundation Stage also states that "Providers must have and implement a policy and procedure to promote equality of opportunity for children in their care, including support for children with special educational needs or disabilities"
This childcare provider has indicated that they offer or have experience caring for children with specific needs – please contact the provider direct for details.
