Every Wednesday The Carers Trust Heart of England run a Yoga and Relaxation session online for carers. Those you are helping to care for are also welcome to join.
The session runs 11.30am-12.30pm and beginners are very welcome.
Yoga can offer huge benefits to health and wellbeing and the session is designed to introduce some gentle exercise to improve flexibility and movement of your joints, develop controlled breathing exercises and reduce stress and anxiety.
