Parental involvement is welcomed and encouraged with open nights, outings and regular nursery up-dates. Tic Toc Nursery works closely with all parents and commences as soon as a child is registered. A key person system is used at Tic Toc which ensures that each child’s well being is met by establishing a bond between the child and the key-person. An extensive ‘settling-in’ period is arranged prior to any child’s start date, which gives the child, their parent and key person time to get to know each other.
Tic Toc nursery follows the early years foundation stage which enables us to set standards, provide for equality of opportunity and to work in partnership with parents. All children's observations are recorded on I pads and e-mailed to parents on a monthly basis. Parents are able to comment and actively engage in their children's learning.
