Healthy Mind Service (formerly IAPT)
This confidential, free NHS service is for anyone aged 16 years and older. There is no upper age limit.
Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull IAPT service is now called the Healthy Mind Service. It provides talking therapies and support for people with mild, moderate and severe symptoms of anxiety or depression, living in Coventry, Solihull or Warwickshire.
The Healthy Mind Service has a new, dedicated website with more information, self-help resources and groups, plus how you can refer yourself in for support.
You will speak to an IAPT administrator at our telephone and referral centre (TaRC) who will register your details on our system and begin the process of arranging an assessment appointment.
