EGO Creates Jr is a weekly production arts club for kids. 6 to 12 year olds of all abilities welcome. Develop your creative skills with step by step tuition from industry professionals, while creating professional props and sets for theatre and film.
At EGO Creates Junior, you'll be doing more than arts and crafts. We teach set design and prop design, giving your child a real insight into the theatre industry. Ever wondered how they create props and sets for film, TV and theatre shows? We'll show you how, and you can learn while you do it yourself!
- You'll make the tiniest of props to the largest of sets - and everything in between
- Make stunning pieces of art for yourself, for our venue and for commissions
- EGO provides all the equipment and resources needed for you to be the best artist you can be
We're a friendly, relaxed and no pressure environment, and we'll work with your ability level. All children aged 6 - 12 yrs are welcome, from school ages Year 3 to Year 7. Members learn the skills needed to design and make set and props for theatre and film. Your first session is free, and from then on you can access this group with an EGO membership, which costs £40 a month.

The venue is wheelchair accessible. The group takes place on the First Floor, which is accessible from street level via a ramp. An accessible toilet is available on the Ground Floor.
Free Blue Badge parking is available at Bishop St car park.
