La Leche League (Breastfeeding Support Group)

Meetings:

Our meetings are currently held once a month in the home of a group member, on a weekday morning usually around the middle of the month. Venue varies, contact us on Facebook and/or join our email list to find out details.

Each meeting starts with coffee/tea and general chat and then moves into a very informal, led discussion about the topic of the month. There is always time to ask questions and discuss any difficulties or other questions you have to enable mother-to-mother, parent-to- parent support.

Coffee mornings:

We sometimes host coffee mornings: an informal time to catch up, chat and support each other in our breastfeeding/parenting journeys. Venue varies, contact us and/or join our email list.

Target audience - mothers of breastfeeding babies and toddlers and pregnant women who are planning to breastfeed.
