Heather Gibson

Hello, I’m a qualified teacher with experience of working with early years aged children. I have a Paediatric First Aid certificate and have completed many training courses including An introduction to Childminding Practice and training on the EYFS. I have been graded Outstanding in January 2017 by Ofsted.

I provide a safe, warm, loving home from home environment in which children are able to have fun and to learn and develop at their own pace.

I attend a local childminding group each week so that the children learn important social skills.I also visit local parks and libraries with the children. I enjoy teaching the children through being outdoors.

I have a large variety of toys ,books and puzzles for all ages of children.I offer lots of fun activities including sand/water,messy play, art and crafts etc

I have a safe, enclosed garden with artificial grass, decking and a playroom and a fully covered outdoor area - allowing outdoor play in all weathers.Outside there is a sand pit, water tray, painting, sit and ride toys and prams. My 2 dogs are not at home during the day from 07:00 till 17:30
