PPP Taking Care Personal Alarm Services

Personal alarms can help the elderly and vulnerable live independent lives in their own homes, confident that support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. PPP Taking Care's personal alarm service connects the user to the telecare response centre at the press of a button on the pendant alarm or wristband. The user is quickly connected to the response centre, who can speak to the user over the alarm's speaker. The response centre can assess the situation and provide advice or, if required, contact keyholders or the emergency services on behalf of the user.

The personal alarm service for the elderly is available as a subscription service with no long-term commitment or complicated requirements.

PPP Taking Care also provide keysafes and monitored home sensors that will sound an alarm and contact the response centre when smoke, water, carbon monoxide or rapid changes in temperature are detected.
