Taking Care Personal Alarm Services

Personal alarms can help the elderly and vulnerable live independent lives in their own homes, confident that support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Taking Care's personal alarm service connects the user to the telecare response centre at the press of a button on the pendant alarm or wristband. The user is quickly connected to the response centre, who can speak to the user over the alarm's speaker. The response centre can assess the situation and provide advice or, if required, contact key holders or the emergency services on behalf of the user.
The personal alarm service for the elderly is available as a subscription service with no long-term commitment or complicated requirements.
Taking Care also provide key safe, medical helplines and the Age UK personal alarm service.

- £16.48 subscription fee per month with one-off £69 registration fee.
